Responsibilities

- Lead technicians to ensure timely response to breakdowns and call-backs
- Conduct site inspections to ensure compliance with BCA and MOM regulations
- Analyze maintenance KPIs and implement service improvement plans
- Liaise with clients, managing agents, and contractors on technical matters
- Support repair, replacement, and modernization opportunities with internal teams
- Ensure proper manpower planning, resource allocation, and parts usage
- Guide and mentor technicians to strengthen their technical skills and safety awareness
- Maintain accurate service documentation and prepare reports for audits
Requirements
- Minimum 10 years of hands-on lift or escalator maintenance experience
- Prior supervisory experience or experience managing multiple service sites preferred
- Strong technical knowledge of lift systems, control units, and safety components
- Valid Class 2B motorcycle license and personal motorbike for site travel
- Comfortable with site work (heights, shafts, machine rooms)
- Responsible, safety-conscious, and able to lead and guide field technicians
