About the role
We're looking for a strategic, execution-oriented marketer to join our team as Senior Marketing Specialist, Revenue Marketing. In this role, you will play a critical role in driving the growth of our commercial sales organization. You will be responsible for developing and supporting B2B segment marketing campaigns, partnering cross-functionally to execute high-impact programs, and helping manage marketing initiatives that align closely with revenue objectives. Responsibilities
- Develop, execute, and support B2B segment marketing campaigns that drive pipeline growth and support commercial sales objectives.
- Create clear, actionable campaign and creative briefs and manage execution in partnership with cross-functional stakeholders (Sales, Product Marketing, Communications, Operations, etc.).
- Collaborate with external partners, including content syndication vendors, publication and media partners, and event coordinators.
- Ensure campaigns are aligned with target audiences, regional needs, and business priorities, including support for Mexico-based focused initiatives where applicable.
- Track campaign performance and support reporting, insights, and optimization efforts.
- Maintain strong operational discipline to ensure programs are delivered on time, within scope, and with high quality.
- Act as a collaborative partner within the Revenue Marketing team, contributing to continuous improvement of processes, tools, and best practices.
Requirements
- Must be fluent in Spanish and English
- 5+ years of experience in B2B marketing, preferably in revenue, demand, or segment marketing roles.
- Spanish language proficiency (written and spoken) (required).
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or Business.
- Experience supporting or marketing to the Mexico market region.
- Experience supporting commercial sales teams in a B2B environment.
- Proven experience developing and supporting integrated marketing campaigns that support sales and pipeline growth.
- Strong experience working cross-functionally and managing relationships with internal stakeholders and external partners.
- Ability to translate business objectives into clear briefs and executable marketing programs.
- Excellent organizational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Familiarity with content paid media, syndication programs, publication partnerships, and creative services management is a plus.
