- Deep understanding of efficacy and PK/PD drug relationships to help guide in vivo data interpretation
- Proficiency with multicolor flow cytometry is ideal
- Experience leading safety studies is a plus
- Experience supporting ADCs, or targeted oncology programs, is a bonus
- Strong analytical and troubleshooting ability
- Excellent organizational, communication, and documentation skills
- Ability to work both independently and in cross-functional teams, and to positively partner with team members to move projects to completion
