We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Senior Officer to support agency events, sales promotion activities, and team coordination. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys organizing events, managing multiple tasks, and working closely with internal stakeholders to deliver smooth and impactful sales initiatives. Job Descriptions: Support the planning and execution of agency events, sales promotion activities, and recognition programmes. Coordinate event logistics, including venue arrangements, programme flow, materials preparation, and on-site support. Work closely with internal teams and external parties to ensure smooth delivery of promotion campaigns and event operations. Assist in preparing event communications, promotional materials, post-event follow-up, and other ad hoc team projects. Job Requirements Degree holder with at least 3 years of relevant experience in event management, sales promotion, marketing support, or agency administration. Experience in insurance, financial services, or agency distribution support is an advantage. Strong organizational, coordination, and communication skills with attention to detail.
