- Maintain and integrate ServiceNow, ensuring efficient incident management and problem resolution.
- Collaborate with other teams to identify and implement process improvements, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies, applying knowledge to drive innovation and improvement.
Requirements
- Comprehensive understanding of how Unified Video communications function and operate over an enterprise network.
- IP and Network knowledge
- Good communication skills
- Customer service attitude
- Minimum: Avixa CTS certification. CTS-I or CTS-D a plus
- 2 years experience in A/V integrations
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Engineering or related discipline
- Minimum: 2 years' experience in Enterprise communications as a vendor or in a corporate position or Minimum 2 years' working for AV Integrator as Field Engineer.
