Responsibilities

- Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms in accordance with organizational policies.
- Provide tailored solutions that align with clients' event objectives and deliver a high-quality experience.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Hospitality, or a related discipline.
- At least 3-5 years of sales experience within the MICE or hospitality industry, with a consistent record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Strong skills in negotiation, presentation, and communication.
- Solid understanding of the MICE landscape, including current market trends and client expectations.
- Proven ability to build and sustain long-term client relationships while delivering tailored, client-centric solutions.
- Proficient in CRM systems and Microsoft Office applications.
- Strategic thinker who can work effectively both independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
- Passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences and creating positive client outcomes.
- A collaborative team player who takes ownership of responsibilities and contributes proactively.
