Team Lead

Responsibilities

• Develop and enhance core software modules, web services and user interfaces for the SMARTRoom application
• Study the system, familiarize with the technology stack, and maintain a strong understanding of the overall design and architecture in order to drive the technological roadmap
• Take a lead role in customer projects for requirements gathering, solution design, implementation and deployment
• Be the main point of contact for customer technical support to interface with our customers and assign the queries to the team
• Plan and coordinate activities for the application team
• Research into the domain, study competing systems to understand the relative strengths and identify areas for improvement

Requirements

• Candidates should possess at least a Diploma or Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Computer Engineering, Science & Technology or Engineering (Electrical/Electronic)
• At least 5 years experience developing web-based applications on the .Net platform
• At least 2 years experience in leading a software team
• Familiar with IIS web server and Windows Server environments in general
• Good experience in MS SQL database design and performance tuning
• Experience in designing REST services and APIs
• Experience in front-end development with Javascript UI frameworks would be a bonus
