Responsibilities

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in civil engineering.
  • 5+ years of civil engineering experience under the supervision of a licensed PE.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work effectively within multidisciplinary teams.
  • Working knowledge of AutoCAD and Civil 3D.
  • Washington State PE license (Civil Engineering).
  • Experience with data center, industrial, research and development, or large‑site development projects.
  • Familiarity with electrical and mechanical systems and their components.
  • Physical Demands:
  • Duties are primarily conducted in a standard office setting, requiring prolonged periods of sitting at a desk or computer table.

Benefits

The base salary for this role is competitive and will be determined based on the candidate's experience, education, and skills. The expected annual salary for a qualified candidate is $95,000 - $120,000Additionally, we offer performance-based bonuses to recognize and reward outstanding contributions in each Reporting Center. We support the development of large‑scale data centers, industrial campuses, and research and development facilities providing civil engineering solutions that prioritize performance, reliability, constructability, and resiliency. Our work spans early site feasibility and master planning through detailed design, permitting, and construction support. We collaborate closely with owners, architects, mission‑critical engineers, contractors, and other disciplines to develop sites and infrastructure capable of meeting the operational requirements of industrial and high‑tech facilities. Located in downtown Seattle, our team is seeking a Civil Engineer with 5-10 years of experience to join our growing data center and industrial practice.
