Having perfected this winning model, we have brought it to the international stage through the Ocado Smart Platform (OSP) - an end-to-end solution covering e-commerce, supply chain, robotic fulfillment, and last-mile logistics. In South Korea, we have partnered with Lotte Shopping to transform their online grocery business. As a Partner Success Manager, you will be the "Trusted Advisor" to Lotte leadership, ensuring they utilise the full power of OSP to dominate the local market. The Partner Success Manager will be the primary point of contact for Lotte to ensure they are using OSP to its maximum potential. You will work with Lotte to identify areas of opportunity to drive maximum performance and business value. You will advise Lotte on multiple areas of OSP - from in-store fulfilment to automated fulfilment to last mile to general software configuration. This is an entrepreneurial, high-visibility role where you will use data-led storytelling to drive organisational change and operational excellence within the Lotte account. You will be equally comfortable in head office leadership meetings and the warehouse / shop floor. This role is based in Seoul, with occasional travel to operational sites around Korea including Busan. Act as the lead point of contact for Lotte's operational teams across the entire OSP ecosystem, including fulfillment, supply chain, and last-mile operations Continually monitor operational KPIs to identify opportunities and lead change management initiatives - such as optimising in-store picking processes Serve as a "Trusted Advisor" to Lotte leadership, proactively influencing their strategic roadmap through data-backed business cases Drive operational changes in Lotte, from the identification of issues to successful adoption of solutions. Lead the seamless launch of new OSP features and products, ensuring Lotte is operationally prepared for every deployment Act as the central "connector" between Lotte's business units and Ocado's global internal teams to drive complex projects from concept to completion and share best practice Balance Lotte's operational requests with a firm commitment to Ocado's contractual obligations and commercial growth About you Proven track record in retail or logistics operations with a strong understanding of continuous improvement and optimisation Ability to master the full OSP software suite (e-commerce, last-mile, supply chain) and utilise data tools such as Looker or Tableau to drive performance insights Extensive experience in senior client-facing roles, with the ability to solve complex technical problems through a business-focused lens Native-level Korean and excellent written/verbal English to bridge the gap between Lotte and our UK-based global functions Ability to navigate a complex global matrix organisation, effectively challenging and influencing internal stakeholders to meet customer deadlines and remove roadblocks Preferred: Prior experience with high-tech solutions or the grocery industry.
