Responsibilities
- Create data-driven insights, reports and presentations to showcase trends and players' sentiment
- Help promote game and experiential quality across FC by applying "the voice of the player"
- Be an advocate of "the voice of the player" by creating a bridge between FC Live Platform Quality Verification and our partners

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent industry experience in Quality Assurance
- 4+ years of experience with testing and defect tracking software, preferably Jira
- 4+ years of experience with Agile/Scrum software development methodologies
- Synthesize community feedback and player sentiment into clear, relevant insights that can be discussed with producers and Live Operations partners to improve the player experience
- 2+ years of experience writing reports and providing updates to stakeholders
- Knowledge of gaming consoles and their systems
- Experience using collaboration tools, preferably Confluence, Miro, and Slack
- Experience working across different time zones and international teams
- Knowledge of international football (soccer) and/or knowledge of the FC game franchise.

FC Live Platform Quality Verification is searching for the next game product expert to drive critical activities that support creating an optimal player experience and will be a key point of contact for decision-making from our stakeholders across production and development teams.
