Through structured on-campus employment and weekly career planning sessions, students will gain real-world experience, build professional skills, and explore career pathways aligned with their interests. Job Description: Description of Duties & Tasks Work Experience (Department-Based) Students will be assigned to a participating ACC department such as: ACCelerators Make It Centers (MIC) Welcome Centers Other student-facing departments Responsibilities may include: Provide excellent customer service to students, staff, and visitors Assist with front desk operations, student support, and general inquiries Support daily operations, events, or programming activities Utilize technology systems and tools to complete assigned tasks Maintain a professional and welcoming environment Complete assigned projects and tasks in a timely and accurate manner Career Readiness Requirement (Program Component) All interns are required to participate in a weekly 1:1 Career Planning Session (1 hour) with a Career Specialist.
