We seek an ambitious and motivated candidate to join as a Senior Sales Executive and support the Sales team. In this role, you will report to the Sales Manager and be instrumental in achieving our ambitious goals within the French Market. Ultimately, you'll help us meet and surpass business expectations and contribute to our company's rapid growth. This role is not for everyone. It demands exceptional discipline, rigour, and energy , you'll be expected to operate with a high degree of autonomy, self-generate your own pipeline, and own the full sales cycle from first outreach to signature. SDRs will support you with demos, but the drive to prospect and close your own accounts has to come from you. We'll value someone with a curious mind who is interested in bringing their great Perk experience to a new role. Responsibilities
- Focus on mid to large enterprise companies (250 - 5000+ employees) headquartered in France.
- Proactively self-generate pipeline through outbound prospecting , cold calls, strategic outreach, and referrals , while leveraging SDR support for demo assistance.
- Take on additional responsibility within the team, identify and take ownership and drive projects that bring value to the wider business.
- Generate new clients for our outstanding travel and spend technology.
- Own the entire sales process from the first touchpoint, present product demos to potential clients, negotiate and do the follow-up until closing the deal.
- Understand the needs of our target prospects and articulate the value that Perk provides. Follow the entire sales cycle.
- Represent Perk at industry trade shows, conferences, and networking events - primarily across France - to build brand presence and source new opportunities.
- Travel regularly within France to meet prospects and clients in person, building the trusted relationships that enterprise deals require.
- Stay up-to-date with new features and product launches.
- Help define and establish best practices together with the broader team.
- Monitor and report on sales performance analytics and forecasts.
- Guide conservative clients toward digital transformation opportunities through consultative selling.
- Own conversations between C-level stakeholders in finance, procurement, IT, and travel management.
- Evaluate the existing infrastructure of the clients and consult the individual SaaS solutions.
- Suggest innovative upsell / partner ideas to increase sales and improve customer experience.
- Leverage AI tools actively throughout your workflow, from account research and prioritisation, to outreach drafting and pipeline management, to move faster and focus your energy where it counts most.
Requirements
- Demonstrable track record in B2B sales, ideally in tech, SaaS, or related sectors.
- Proven ability to self-source and close enterprise accounts independently, with full ownership of the sales cycle from first contact to signature.
- Exceptional discipline and rigour in how you manage your time, pipeline, and priorities , combined with the energy and resilience to sustain high outbound activity, frequent travel, and a demanding close rate.
- Strong presentation, negotiation, and closing skills.
- Ability to translate complex product features into clear business value.
- Excellent communicator with both internal and external stakeholders.
- Highly organised, self-motivated, and results-oriented.
- Experience with CRM tools and sales automation platforms is a plus.
