Responsibilities

- Required:
- Master's degree or higher (PHD preferred) in Physics, Electrical Engineering, Optical Engineering, or related field with focus on signal processing, magnetic recording, or data storage systems.

- Experience in programming languages or script (Python, MATLAB, C++/C#)
- Excellent analytical thinking and innovative problem-solving abilities for complex integration challenges
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English for cross-functional collaboration
- Preferred:
- Experience with HDD component testing or magnetic storage characterization
- Background in read-write channel optimization, or magnetic recording physics
- Familiarity with statistical modeling, correlation analysis, and test data mining techniques
- Knowledge of HAMR, PMR, or other advanced recording technologies
- Experience with laboratory instrumentation and automated test equipment
- Experience developing application software for hardware control and testing
- Chinese version:
