Our role: We're looking for a Senior Software Engineer to join our Sydney team. This is not a feature-factory role. You'll be working on real customer problems, building systems that deliver deliver meaningful outcomes through thoughtful engineering, strong design, and long-term thinking. As part of a collaborative, high-performing team, you'll contribute across the stack while also shaping technical decisions, architecture, and engineering practices. This role reports to the Development Manager and does not have people management responsibilities. If you do not tick every box, do not let that stop you.
