WHO YOU'LL WORK WITH This role reports to the VP of Global Women's Sportswear Apparel and will manage a team of individuals who are responsible for Women's Sportswear. Key partners include Merchandising, Design, Development (TechDev), Materials, and geo teams. WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR We are looking for a Senior Director of Global Apparel for Women's Sportswear! This role is responsible for leading product strategy and product creation to build industry-defining sportswear that blends innovation, style, and performance for athletes around the world. This person will possess a strong strategic vision, exceptional product taste, excellent communication skills, and the ability to effectively influence others across a highly matrixed organization. Ideal candidates will bring a deep understanding of the evolving sportswear consumer, marketplace, and cultural landscape while balancing art and science with equally strong product aesthetics and business insight. Passion for Apparel and Sportswear Bachelor's degree in Business, Retail Merchandising or related field. Will accept any suitable combination of education, experience, and training. 10+ years of experience in a product, merchandising, buying, sales, trend, or style-related field In-depth understanding of consumer, marketplace, competition, and industry trends Ability to lead and influence a team and enable collaborative working relationships Excellent leadership skills and a consistent record of developing top talent High-level product foresight / aesthetic sensibility Business insight & strong analytical abilities Excellent interpersonal skills Excellent written and verbal communication skills Ability to travel up to 25% of the time domestic and international
