Responsibilities

- Collaborate with stakeholders to evaluate and procure medical equipment supporting clinical services
- Manage and analyze data related to departmental performance indicators to inform decision-making
- Demonstrate leadership in embracing change and aligning departmental goals with hospital business objectives
- Support corporate activities beyond office hours as needed
- Promote continuous improvement by encouraging staff to enhance processes for operational excellence
- Perform additional duties as assigned by the Reporting Officer
- Required competencies and certifications
- Degree in any discipline
- 1-5 years of relevant experience in service or healthcare-related industries
- Knowledge of hospital operations
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to collaborate effectively and manage projects independently under tight deadlines in a dynamic environment
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
- Self-motivated with enthusiasm for learning and follow-through
- Proficient in project management, time management, and numerical analysis
