Responsibilities
- Take full accountability for your own and others' health and safety, working strictly in line with Safe Systems of Work (SSOW) and company procedures
- Proactively challenge and report any unsafe acts or hazards, ensuring all incidents are escalated immediately
- Operate machinery effectively to maximise efficiency and minimise downtime
- Meet productivity and performance targets while maintaining consistent quality standards
- Carry out routine maintenance and cleaning activities in line with planned schedules
- Support continuous improvement initiatives across the site
- Candidate Profile (Desirable)
- Experience operating high-speed production or packaging machinery
- Strong commitment to Health & Safety best practice
- Proactive approach to continuous improvement
- Good understanding of quality standards and reporting procedures
- Team player with strong communication skills
- Self-motivated with a positive attitude
- Basic understanding of paper and packaging processes
- Good mechanical aptitude
