Responsibilities
- Oversee and direct construction projects from conception to completion, scheduling deliverables and tracking work progress to meet time, budget, and resource targets

- Ensure construction quality standards by enforcing proper construction techniques and materials usage
- Manage Project Manager resources to support the Tender department, including formulating technical responses and participating in client tender interviews
- Required competencies and certifications
- Minimum 2 years of experience in LTA (MRT) projects involving Architecture, Curtain Walling, Cladding Works, Wet Trade, or Reinforced Concrete (RC)
- Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering
- Preferred competencies and qualifications
- Demonstrated integrity, strong interpersonal skills, and leadership capabilities
- Attention to detail in project execution and documentation
- Effective communication skills to liaise with diverse stakeholders
- Proven ability to overcome challenges and manage time efficiently
