You will be working in the Infrastructure OU as part of our role in the @one Alliance, where we're helping Anglian Water deliver a £2.6 billion investment in vital infrastructure. From civil works to water treatment facilities, this programme strengthens environmental protection across the East of England - safeguarding water resources for generations to come We are currently looking for a Senior Quantity Surveyor who will provide commercial management for an allocated area of an @one alliance contract and manage a small team of commercial professionals. As the Senior Quantity Surveyor, you will: * Demonstrate the highest levels of commercial integrity and financial self-assurance. Commercial management of the allocated area. Provide transparent, accurate and timely commercial reporting; Adherence to the @one alliance internal governance to satisfy contractual and legal requirements. Identifying and delivering commercial process efficiencies, manage financial and commercial risk. Foster close working relationships with all key stakeholders including programme delivery and operational teams. Line management, coaching and developing commercial direct reports. We are looking for: Awareness of NEC3 forms of contract, construction and contract law. Full UK driving licence. Experience of Quantity Surveying, data analysis and reporting. Experience of managing a team across a matrix environment. Commerical Accumen
