Job Title: Social Worker - Assessment Team Location: North Tyneside Pay Rate: £31.74 per hour Job Description: Liquid Personnel is recruiting Social Workers for our client's Assessment Team in North Tyneside. This is an excellent opportunity to work within a supportive and dynamic environment, delivering high-quality assessments and interventions for children and families.You will play a key role in safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children, working collaboratively with families and partner agencies to ensure positive outcomes. What will your responsibilities be? Undertake statutory assessments in line with legislation and local authority procedures. Develop and implement effective care plans that place the child's voice at the centre of decision-making. Work closely with families, carers, and multi-agency partners to provide holistic support. Maintain accurate and timely case records and reports in line with professional standards. Participate in regular supervision and reflective practice sessions.
