Job Description: Assist the responsible departments to handle general office administration work Provide secretarial support to Senior Executives of the responsible departments and general admin support Assist in day-to-day office operations, including stationery and inventory control Manage travel arrangement, expenses claims, payments processing Coordinate meeting schedules and support calendar management Handle office premises and facilities management to ensure a safe, clean, and efficient workplace Maintain workplace tidiness and uphold health and safety standards Demonstrate strong internal and external communication skills in a cross-border corporate environment Possess a solid understanding of corporate governance and organizational operations, supported by experience in well-established institutions Exhibit high adaptability in managing diverse responsibilities, including routine administrative duties and document handling
Requirements
