Primary Location: OFFICE OF VC - FACILIT PLAN, CONSTRUC & MGMT Bargaining Unit: No The City University Construction Fund (CUCF) is a New York State public benefit corporation that manages the $3 billion capital construction program for the design and construction of space required to support the educational mandate of the City University of New York (CUNY). Duties and Responsibilities: Provide quality assurance of worksheet data, adjusting where necessary in accordance with the PMO Assist in analyzing and maintaining project-related data used for reporting and tracking Manage master data including creation, compilation, updates, and deletion Manage project data in PMWeb and project creations, then update and train staff, as required Work in Excel to clean, organize, validate, and analyze data using pivot tables, XLOOKUPs, formulas, and related tools Develop data dashboards, charts, and visual aids to support decision-making across departments Other duties as assigned Qualifications and Core Competencies: Enrolled in a CUNY school with at least 45 credits towards a Bachelor's degree in a data or technical major Strong attention to detail and comfort in working on large datasets and the ability to present information clearly and accurately Excellent proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint Experience with Power BI or similar data visualization/reporting tools Excellent writing, interpersonal skills, customer service, and presentation skills Adaptable to a fast-paced work environment, changing needs, and shifting priorities Detail-oriented, well-organized, with the ability to multitask, meet deadlines, and work independently Pay Range: $17.50 per hour RFCUNY Benefits RFCUNY Employee Benefits and Accruals Equal Employment Opportunity Statement The Research Foundation of the City University of New York is an Equal Opportunity/Affirmative Action/Americans with Disabilities Act/E-Verify Employer.
