- Complex Logistics: Manage intricate, multi-stop international roadshows and travel itineraries tailored to demanding deal schedules.
- Calendar Optimization: Synchronize high-priority meetings involving internal investment committees, portfolio company management, and global investors.
- Document Governance: Assist in the meticulous preparation, proofreading, and formatting of investment committee decks, pitch books, and financial reports.
- Operational Excellence: Oversight of expense management via Concur and maintenance of CRM databases to track investor interactions and deal flow.

- Technical Command: Advanced proficiency in MS Office (specifically PowerPoint for deck formatting) and Concur.
