About the role
Brown University's School of Professional Studies (SPS) brings a Brown education to new audiences of learners: those focused on the development of skills and a breadth of knowledge necessary for professional success and leadership. - Major Responsibilities include prospect outreach and application coaching, data tracking & analysis and recruitment event support.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree and a minimum of one year of full-time professional experience in admissions, advisement, recruiting, educational outreach (secondary education) or sales role.
- Job Competencies
- Excellent customer service, interpersonal, presentation, oral and written communication skills.
- Proven ability to be culturally adaptable and work well in diverse environments and with diverse clientele.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Proficiency with a Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software or proven ability to learn and use new technology
- Familiarity with Google Suite & Zoom.
- Data driven and familiarity with reporting and analysis.
- Ability to multitask and work under conditions of high volume during peak periods.
