Compensation Type:Salary Employment Type:Regular FLSA:Exempt Scheduled Weekly Hours:40Position SummaryDevelop, implement, and evaluate outreach strategies that build and sustain a pipeline of prospective students.Translate outreach efforts into measurable engagement and enrollment outcomes.Identify and engage target populations and geographic areas to increase awareness, access, and enrollment.Build and maintain strategic partnerships with community organizations, schools, and agencies.Utilize CRM systems to track outreach, monitor engagement, and ensure timely follow-up.Coordinate outreach efforts with Recruitment, Dual Credit, and MPR.Deliver presentations and programming that generate interest and lead to applications.Provide pre-enrollment guidance to move students from interest to enrollment.Analyze outreach effectiveness using data and recommend improvements.Support Dual Credit outreach efforts.Perform other duties as assigned.Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
