Job Description Summary We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Junior Engineer to join our dynamic team. This entry-level position is an excellent opportunity for a diploma holder to gain hands-on experience and contribute to aerospace machining center. Job Description Site Overview: Our Multi-modal Manufacturing Facility (MMF) in Pune plays a crucial role in manufacturing key aerospace components, supporting not only India's defense and commercial sectors but also global aviation supply chains. Our relationships with Indian suppliers, combined with our world-class local facilities and global reach, continue to shape India's aerospace ecosystem. Roles & Responsibilities: Operating machine and meeting production plan ,recording proper downtime, handover to next station with proper router completion . Should NC program knowledge and its interpretation Tool setting as per Tool layout. Should be able to perform work as per SOP/ MOS (Machining work instructions) Reporting of non-confirming (Reject) part through NC ticket. Perform in-process inspections using measurement instruments and inspection plan. Performing deburring and visual inspection for part which is machined Performing RCCA for non confirming character. Conduct basic troubleshooting of machining and cutting tool. Record production data and maintain shift logs Adhere to safety protocols and 5 S Standards Should work parallel on multiple activities like inspection / deburring related to part while machine is running. Kaizen /concerns Ideal Candidate: Required minimum L2 skill level operator for Aerospace Machining component and should be aware about concerns ,kaizens Required Qualifications: Diploma in Mechanical or Production Engineering Minimum 2-3 years of Experience in CNC machining Knowledge of operating minimum one machine ( TMC/VMC /HMC )with experience of controller (Fanuc/Mazak/siemens)
