How You'll Make an Impact Collaborate with stakeholders to analyze business operations and propose solutions that support organizational goals Evaluate organizational structure, policies and procedures to identify opportunities for enhanced processes and planning Compile, interpret and present data to inform decisions regarding current and future operations Create reports, charts, graphs and presentations that help shape new business strategies Develop project estimates by identifying phases, personnel needs and associated costs Assess external market trends and data sources to deliver actionable recommendations to management Recommend improvements that may involve new technologies or alternative uses of existing technology What You'll Bring to Spectrum Required Qualifications Education Bachelor's degree in business or related field or equivalent combination of education and experience
