Due to business needs, they are now recruiting a Business Analysis Manager to be part of their Team for ongoing transformation projects. They are located in the Central - easily accessible. Responsibilities for Business Analysis Manager: Business Performance Management Analyse key business metrics including sales, profitability, inventory, and operations to identify trends, risks, and opportunities. Design and maintain reporting dashboards and performance indicators for management review. Track performance against targets and budgets, providing insights and recommendations to support achievement of business goals. Strategic Planning & Business Support Support budgeting, forecasting, and long-term planning processes. Build financial and commercial models to evaluate new initiatives, product launches, and business opportunities. Work closely with cross-functional teams including Sales, Finance, Operations, and Compliance to support business execution. Data Governance & Process Improvement Ensure consistency, accuracy, and reliability of business data across systems and reports. Support ongoing improvements in reporting processes, tools, and data management practices. Customer & Commercial Analytics Analyse customer behaviour, purchasing patterns, and product usage trends to identify growth and risk areas. Develop and maintain customer segmentation frameworks based on revenue, product mix, purchase frequency, and value contribution.
