The Enablement Lead serves as a strategic connector across the Enrollment & Partnership Division, ensuring institutional readiness for the successful launch and ongoing growth of new online academic programs. This role operates at the intersection of strategy, execution, communication, and operational alignment to prepare internal student-facing teams to effectively market, enroll, support, and retain students within the university's online model. The Enablement Lead is responsible for translating program strategy into actionable training, messaging, workflows, operational processes, and enablement resources that drive enrollment performance and student success outcomes. This position collaborates closely with Marketing, Admissions, Student Financial Services (SFS), Student Success, Enrollment Systems & Training, Academic Leadership, and Product/Program stakeholders to ensure seamless launch execution and adoption across the student lifecycle. Basic Responsibilities Lead cross-functional enablement efforts for new online program launches Develop and execute launch readiness plans that align divisional stakeholders, timelines, deliverables, and operational dependencies Ensure all student-facing teams have the knowledge, tools, messaging, and workflows needed to support prospective and current students effectively. Coordinate launch communications and readiness checkpoints across departments Work with the Sr. Manager of Enrollment & Partnerships Training to design and facilitate training materials, playbooks, FAQs, process guides, and operational documentation for internal teams. Deliver onboarding and readiness sessions for Admissions, Marketing, Student Success, SFS, and partner-facing teams. Translate academic program strategy, differentiators, and value propositions into clear internal messaging and operational guidance. Partner with Marketing and Enrollment teams to ensure consistency in program positioning and student communication. Align operational processes and workflows to support a consistent student experience throughout the enrollment lifecycle. Essential Duties Serve as a liaison between academic leadership, student-facing teams, the partnership team, and operational departments for new product launches. Facilitate collaboration across internal stakeholders to identify gaps, remove barriers, and improve launch execution. Identify opportunities to improve processes, communication, training, and scalability within the online education model. Align operational processes and workflows to support a consistent student experience throughout the enrollment lifecycle. Attend operational and cross-functional meetings to proactively identify process gaps, launch risks, and alignment challenges. Identify institutional policies, procedures, or operational practices that conflict with or create friction within the online education model.
