About the role
A well-established marine engineering company is seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead marine engineering projects involving afloat repairs, offshore operations, and vessel technical services. Responsibilities
- Manage marine engineering projects from planning through completion.

- Manage subcontractors and monitor project execution to ensure quality and safety standards are met.
- Liaise with customers, vendors, shipyards, and other project stakeholders.
- Coordinate manpower deployment and logistics for project activities.
- Maintain accurate project records and update internal systems.
- Provide technical support and contribute to continuous process improvements.
- Perform other related duties assigned by management.
Requirements
- Valid 1st Class Marine Engineer Certificate of Competency (COC) .
- Proven experience in marine engineering, offshore operations, ship repair, or related project management.
- Strong knowledge of marine machinery and vessel operations.
- Experience managing engineering projects, budgets, subcontractors, and multiple stakeholders.
- Good planning, communication, and organisational skills.
- Able to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
- Proficient in spoken and written English.
- Ability to communicate in Mandarin to liaise with Mandarin-speaking overseas stakeholders and headquarters where required for the role.
