Tax Director - Mergers & Acquisitions (M&A)

Requirements

• CPA or EA required.
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (Master's preferred).
• Proven track record in driving business growth and strategic partnerships
• Minimum 7 years of experience in public accounting or consulting, with a focus on M&A tax.
• Strong knowledge of partnership taxation, corporate reorganizations, and ASC 740.
• Proven ability to manage multiple complex projects and deliver high-quality results.
• Excellent communication, analytical, and presentation skills.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with a passion for client service and team leadership.

Role Overview The Tax Director within our Mergers & Acquisitions team will lead strategic tax advisory services for private equity firms, corporate clients, and their portfolio companies. This role focuses on tax structuring, due diligence, and integration planning for mergers, acquisitions, and reorganizations. The ideal candidate will bring deep technical expertise, leadership capabilities, and a consultative approach to client service. Note: Open to candidates nationwide.
