- Minimum bachelor's degree
- 3-5+ years managing or supporting large IDN accounts with measurable results
- 5+ years people leadership experience
- 3 or more years leading in a complex matrix organization to drive enterprise customer value.
- 3+ years of experience developing & delivering strategic customer solutions
- Strong skills in written and verbal communication, analytics and PowerPoint
