Requirements

• Applicants for the Assistant Professor positionshould hold a Ph.D. from a recognized university
• and demonstrate outstanding research potential,evidenced by publications or high-quality work in progress targeting top-tierjournals.
• Applicants for Associate or Full Professor positionsshould have a strong record of high-quality
• research, at least three years of proven teachingexcellence at the MBA/EMBA level, and established visibility and impact in theglobal academic community.
• All candidates must have primary expertise instrategy and should provide evidence of teaching
• excellence at the undergraduate or graduate level.Secondary expertise in entrepreneurship, innovation, or sustainability isdesirable but not required. Appointment with tenure is subject to a formalreview.
