About the role

Must have 10+ years of working experience in the Banking industry. Hands on experience in leading Project management governance activities across a portfolio of technology and business transformation initiatives by establishing project governance frameworks, monitoring delivery performance, ensuring compliance with organizational standards, and supporting successful execution throughout the project lifecycle. Drive portfolio planning and project controls by managing integrated project schedules, resource planning, financial tracking, budget forecasting, dependency management, RAID registers, and change governance while providing proactive recommendations to mitigate delivery risks and improve project outcomes. Prepare and present executive-level portfolio dashboards, project status reports, KPI metrics, governance packs, and steering committee materials, delivering data-driven insights that support strategic decision-making by senior management and executive stakeholders. Coordinate cross-functional stakeholders, business units, technology teams, vendors, and external partners to facilitate project governance forums, manage action items, resolve delivery issues, and ensure alignment between business objectives, project priorities, and organizational strategy. Oversee project governance compliance by managing audit deliverables, regulatory documentation, third-party/vendor governance, risk assessments, policy adherence, and quality assurance activities while ensuring projects comply with enterprise governance, security, and operational risk frameworks. Champion PMO continuous improvement initiatives through the optimization of project management processes, governance standards, reporting automation, and portfolio management tools such as Jira, Confluence, Clarity PPM, SharePoint, Microsoft Power Platform, and Microsoft Office Suite to enhance delivery efficiency, transparency, and operational excellence.
