About the position: This position is Non-appropriated Fund (NAF) and will be assigned to the Roadrunner Inn, Kirtland AFB, NM. Position is Regular Full -Time employment category (guarantees 35 hrs/wk). May be eligible for benefits such as Group Medical/Dental, Group Life, 401(k), and AFNAF Retirement. Experience refers to paid and unpaid experience, including volunteer work done through National Service programs (e.g., Peace Corps, AmeriCorps) and other organizations (e.g., professional; philanthropic; religious; spiritual; community; student; social). You will receive credit for all qualifying experience, including volunteer experience. Your resume must clearly describe your relevant experience; if the position allows for qualifying based on education, your transcripts will be required as part of your application. Qualifying Experience: Progressively responsible experience in a military or civilian lodging program, which provided knowledge of supervising other personnel. Familiarity with supply and vehicle maintenance is highly desirable. Possess a valid motor vehicle operator's license. Supervision experience should be at a sufficient level to ensure knowledge of how and why tasks are performed and to ensure work is performed efficiently and effectively. Experience which demonstrates the ability to communicate effectively, and efficiently both orally and in writing and the ability to deal effectively with individuals or groups to accomplish work/tasks. Strong computer skills and experience with AFSVC software systems such as DLS, SETS, JP Morgan, IBPS, etc. are highly desired for the position. Self-starter and highly motivated individuals desired for position. Strong organizational skills and detail-oriented individuals desired for position.
