Digital Marketeer

Responsibilities

• Manage daily social media content on TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, and other platforms to increase brand visibility and engagement
• Plan and produce engaging bakery-related content including croissants, behind-the-scenes videos, viral pastries, product launches, and staff/customer moments
• Coordinate and execute TikTok LIVE promotions by collaborating with streamers and influencers to boost audience reach and sales
• Shoot and edit short-form videos and photos using video editing apps such as CapCut, Canva, and Adobe Express to create compelling visual content
• Develop and implement marketing campaigns for seasonal promotions, bundle deals, catering services, and new menu launches to drive customer interest and sales
• Monitor social media trends and propose viral content ideas to maintain relevance and audience growth
• Respond professionally to customer comments, messages, and reviews to enhance customer engagement and brand reputation
• Collaborate with the operations team to promote daily specials and communicate stock availability effectively
• Track and analyze performance metrics including reach, engagement, follower growth, and conversion/sales to optimize marketing strategies
• Run paid advertising campaigns on Meta and TikTok platforms, depending on experience, to increase campaign effectiveness
• Design and execute customer loyalty and repeat customer campaigns to foster long-term customer relationships
• Preferred competencies and qualifications
• Experience in social media marketing or digital marketing
• Strong knowledge of TikTok, Instagram Reels, and Facebook marketing
• Basic photography and videography skills
• Creative mindset with strong trend awareness
• Good communication and writing skills
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
