Cleanroom Technician

About the role

Carries out day-to-day cleanroom tasks by adhering to a defined set of procedures and standard outputs to maintain the integrity of the controlled environment. Tasks include fabrication, assembly or testing in the production of electrical, mechanical, or other components/devices manufactured or assembled in a cleanroom environment. Communicates with colleagues within the cleanroom operations area to exchange information, providing necessary explanations or interpretations to ensure clarity and adherence to protocols. Maintains strict compliance with contamination control measures, safety standards, and operational guidelines to support overall operational integrity. Addresses recurring issues using clearly prescribed solutions, while more complex challenges are resolved by applying knowledge gained through experience or seeking available support. Job Description MAJOR JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Comply with the relevant regulations and operating procedures of the clean room and the safe operation of equipment and facilities. According to the process requirements of disposable product production, packaging, irradiation transport and finished product finishing. Fill in batch records as required. Conduct self inspection as required, find problems and report timely. Daily cleaning and disinfection of clean room. Other tasks assigned by the leader.

Requirements

• Junior high school degree or above, hardworking, practical and willing to work
• Able to cooperate with overtime arrangement
• Can calculate within 100 and know 26 English letters
• Clean room working experience, able to read simple mechanical drawings and product drawings is preferred
• Working experience in tailor factory is preferred
• KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, ABILITIES & COMPETENCIES
• Be trained to follow the working environment and dress code of the purification workshop
• Can work in a team and cooperate with colleagues
• Performs its duties with the highest standards of safety and quality
• Can lift a weight of 25KG
