What you are expected to do Own end-to-end B2C growth for the math vertical: diagnose funnel + unit economics, identify constraints, and drive measurable improvements Build and prioritize a growth hypothesis backlog; establish a consistent experimentation cadence (acquisition / activation / conversion) Own and evolve Go-To-Market strategy : target segments, value propositions, positioning, monetization logic Work cross-functionally with performance, sales, and marketing to orchestrate campaigns and new user paths Discover and scale new growth channels : partnerships, affiliates, alternative acquisition/distribution models Lead 0→1 initiatives when they are part of the growth strategy: research, positioning, first traction What you need to succeed 5-6+ years in Product Management with strong PM fundamentals (problem framing, prioritization, decision-making under uncertainty) Proven B2C growth experience: you've owned funnels/monetization/experimentation in a consumer product (performance-heavy context is a plus) Strong analytical thinking: comfortable with unit economics, cohort logic, and designing experiments that answer real questions High ownership and autonomy: you take problems end-to-end and move fast without needing heavy guidance Strong cross-functional collaboration skills (product × performance × marketing × sales)
