Responsibilities
- Inspection Scheduling & Coordination
- Assist in scheduling required property inspections in coordination with the Inspection Division and Compliance staff.
- Track inspection appointments and confirm completion within established timeframes. Communicate scheduling updates and help resolve basic scheduling conflicts.
- Provide administrative support related to inspection logistics and documentation.
- Compliance Tracking & Follow‑Up

- Respond to routine internal and external inquiries regarding inspection status.
- Reporting & Documentation
- Maintain spreadsheets, tracking tools, and databases used to monitor inspection activity and compliance progress.
- Assist in compiling routine reports on inspection status and outstanding action items.
- Ensure documents are filed and maintained in accordance with Agency procedures.
- Process Support
- Identify data discrepancies or process issues and alert the supervisor as needed.
- Assist with updates to procedures and templates.
- Provide support during audits, reviews, or internal assessments by gathering requested documentation.

- Associate of Science - Public Administration, Planning and Organization, Relevant professional experience (1-3 years), Work Habits/Time Management
