About the role
You will be a hands-on Power Platform Specialist responsible for the design, development, implementation, and maintenance of Power Platform solutions, including Power Apps and related Microsoft 365 technologies. In addition, you will serve as the SharePoint Online Administrator responsible for the administration, governance, support, and enhancement of the Agency's SharePoint Online environment. You may qualify at the VH-39 (GS-13) band level if you have one year of specialized experience equivalent to the VH-38 (GS-12) band in the Federal service. Specialized experience is experience that has equipped you with the knowledge, skills, and abilities to perform successfully the duties of the position; examples include: Experience designing, developing, implementing, and maintaining enterprise business applications, workflow automation solutions, and reporting capabilities using Microsoft Power Platform technologies. Experience developing solutions that support complex business processes, integrating with multiple data sources and/or enterprise systems, and adhering to established security, governance, and lifecycle management practices. Experience administering, configuring, and supporting enterprise SharePoint Online environments. Experience managing permissions and security, information architecture, governance, and operational support. In addition to the specialized experience requirements listed above for each grade level, individuals must have IT-related experience demonstrating each of the four competencies listed below: 1. Problem Solving Experience refers to paid and unpaid experience, including volunteer work done through National Service programs (e.g., Peace Corps, AmeriCorps) and other organizations (e.g., professional; philanthropic; religious; spiritual; community, student, social).
