As the Network Program Manager you will manage the relationship between Kyndryl and our Network provider on the RTX account. The Network Program Manager (NPM) role is justified by the growing scale, complexity, and cross‑functional nature of the organization's network initiatives. As network infrastructure becomes increasingly critical to business operations, there is a clear need for dedicated program management to ensure initiatives are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with strategic priorities. A Network Program Manager provides centralized oversight of multiple, interdependent network projects such as data center builds, network refreshes, cloud and hybrid connectivity, security enhancements, WAN/SD‑WAN rollouts, vendor transitions, and major operational improvements. Without this role, these efforts often rely on engineers to perform informal coordination, which can slow delivery, increase risk, and divert technical resources from their core responsibilities. The NPM acts as the coordination point between Network Engineering, Operations, Security, Application teams, Facilities, Finance, and vendors. This role ensures that dependencies, risks, timelines, budgets, and resource constraints are identified early and actively managed. As a result, projects are more predictable, better documented, and less prone to scope creep or last‑minute escalations.
