Responsibilities
- Creative Strategy & Ideation

- Define and track KPIs to measure creative effectiveness (e.g., CPA, CPI, CTR, CVR, hook rate)
- Deliver clear, data-driven insights and recommendations to leadership
- Identify new opportunities through industry trends, platform changes, and emerging technologies
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in performance marketing, creative strategy, or growth marketing
- Proven track record of developing and scaling creative that drives measurable user acquisition growth
- Deep understanding of paid social and digital advertising platforms, including creative best practices by channel
- Strong analytical mindset with experience using data to inform creative decisions and optimization
- Experience executing creative testing frameworks and experimentation at scale
- Hands-on experience working with creative production (in-house or agency)
- Experience participating in or supporting on-set creative production, including talent-driven shoots, is a plus
- Familiarity with analytics and attribution tools (e.g., Tableau, AppsFlyer)
- Excellent project management skills with the ability to manage multiple workstreams simultaneously ensuring attention to detail
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, including experience presenting to senior leadership
- Highly organized, proactive, and comfortable operating in a fast-paced environment
- Experience in daily fantasy sports, sports betting, gaming, or consumer mobile apps
