Wellington based | Permanent | Full-time 4.4 weeks annual leave | Wellness allowance after 12 months Midpoint of $71,158 dependent on experience Ko tōu ake mahi - What you'll do As an Executive Assistant, you'll play a critical role in keeping things running smoothly for the Group Manager Sector Policy - balancing priorities, anticipating needs, and ensuring high-quality coordination across teams. Manage diaries, emails, and communications, ensuring priorities are clear and time is used effectively. Prepare meeting materials, track actions, and ensure follow-ups are completed to support decision-making. Prepare reports, presentations, and correspondence while maintaining accurate records and document systems. Identify process improvements, support onboarding, and contribute to continuous improvement across the team. Act as a key point of coordination across the Ministry and with external stakeholders, supporting collaboration and delivering the work programme.
