Responsibilities
- Prepare monthly journal entries for the financial close, which include (but are not limited) to prepaids, fixed assets, accruals, debt, revenue, etc.
- Maintain supporting schedules and cash rec onciliation for month end close, ensuring accuracy to balance sheet accounts.
- Prepare financial statement reporting packages and various deliverables to investors and lenders.
- Assist in the creation/development of financing packages for lenders for projects that are in construction.
- Support Accounting team via ad hoc projects and analysis as requested by management.
Requirements
- You will be hybrid out of Boston, MA. You will report to the Manager, Accounting - Asset Management.
- Associates Degree in Accounting or Finance
- At least 1 year of relevant work across accounting, with public experience preferred.
- Working knowledge of US GAAP
- Ability to use standard computer programs, including Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to produce accurate, high-quality work in a structured, deadline-driven environment.
- Ability to manage recurring daily, weekly, and monthly responsibilities while adapting to shifting priorities.
- Sound judgment, strong ownership, and the ability to seek guidance or escalate issues when appropriate.
- Understanding of how accurate, timely work supports financial reporting and broader business outcomes.

- Demonstrated experience in effectively communicating information, ideas, and perspectives with people inside and beyond your organization.
