  • Able to interpret FA and electrical ATE test data from die level down to transistor level is a plus.
  • Able to interpret and understand Wafer Level Reliability stress data such as TDDB, HCI, HTOL etc is a plus.
  • Experience with layout software (Camelot and/or Avalon) is a plus. Experience in handling customer returns FA is a plus.
  • Experience in developing new FA techniques and automation scripts using Python is a plus.

Position Summary The primary responsibility of this role is the electrical characterization of semiconductor IC devices using advanced nanoprobe systems such as SEM and AFM based systems. Tasks include setting up a testing plan for each assigned job, executing said plans on nanoprober systems, and reporting findings to internal and external customers. Nanoprobing techniques include EBAC / eBIRCH / IV / CV & Transistor Probing. Successful candidate would should have strong multi-tasking skills and be ready to contribute in a fast-paced semiconductor environment. Role and Responsibilities Here's What You'll Be Responsible For: Conduct electrical characterization of semiconductor IC devices using nanoprobe systems. Evaluate electrical characteristics to determine root cause of failures. Collaborate with Failure Analysis and Product Engineering teams. Work autonomously or within a team to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues. Recommend analysis approach based on customer's failure mode data, optical fault isolation results and abilities. Generate and compile reports to internal and external customers. Maintain accurate records of experiments, data, and findings. Maintain tools and equipment with first line maintenance. Coordinate and work with vendor for larger issues. Ensure compliance with company and industry safety standards.
