Responsibilities

- Education / Experience / Requirements:
- Master's degree in law (LL.M) or equivalent.
- Admitted to the bar in a European jurisdiction.
- Minimum of 5 years of postgraduate legal experience in a reputable law firm and/or as an in-house counsel, providing legal advice to regional or global businesses.
- Fluency in English is required; working knowledge of additional languages is a strong advantage.
- Solid, broad-based legal expertise across commercial and contract law, corporate governance, employment law, data protection and privacy (including GDPR), and internal investigations.
- Demonstrated experience advising across multiple jurisdictions, with a strong understanding of cross-border legal considerations.
- Strong business acumen, with the ability to deliver pragmatic, risk-based legal advice that supports commercial objectives.
- Excellent interpersonal and stakeholder-management skills, with a proven ability to collaborate effectively across functions, geographies, and levels of seniority.
