Brand Ambassador (Automotive Showroom) Location: Tampines 12-Month Contract Up to $2800 + 1 Month Completion Bonus + OT Payable Working Hours Retail mall operating hours (5-day work week, 2 off days on weekdays): Mon - Fri: 9:30am - 7:30pm Sat - Sun: 9:30am - 6:30pm or 1:00pm - 10:00pm (shift rotation) Job Scope Welcome and engage showroom visitors professionally Deliver a strong brand experience aligned with showroom standards Maintain showroom presentation, vehicle display, and cleanliness Proactively engage customers and identify needs Capture and update customer leads in CRM accurately Support promotional campaigns, social media content, and marketing activities Assist with daily operations including admin and cashiering duties when required Manage promotional materials and showroom inventory Collect and report customer feedback to management Participate in training, events, roadshows, and ad-hoc assignments Jessica Nguyen Huynh Thanh Truc CEI Reg.
