Job Description Where you'll work: Guatemala, Supporting North America. Your Day to Day As a Solutions Consultant , you would be working on: Partner closely with Account Managers and new-business sellers to shape technical sales strategies and support the team in achieving quota goals across GoTo's Work-from-Anywhere portfolio Serve as the technical point of contact throughout the sales cycle, including delivering demos and handling technical discovery and Q&A Present customer-facing value narratives using structured demo and messaging approaches (e.g., Tell-Show-Tell), tailoring demonstrations to customer use cases to improve win rates Support the completion of RFP/RFI responses by contributing accurate, up-to-date content and helping maintain a strong response library/system Document and share best practices, demo strategies, and custom configurations with the Solutions Consulting team, while tracking activities and maintaining strong CRM hygiene (e.g., SFDC)
