Flexible working hoursProfessional onboarding and training optionsPowerful team looking forward to working with youCareer coaching and development opportunitiesHealth benefits401(k)This position is part of the Product Development Engi neering team , located in Loveland, CO, and will be onsite.In this role, a typical day will look like:Develop design verification strategies.Determine appropriate testing methods, environments, and tools.Define the schedule and resourcing required to execute verification activities.Track and report progress toward completion of verifications for the project.Draft and review verification protocols and reports.Advise on verification risks and consult on mitigations.Assist with experimental design and execution to characterize the performance of components, sub- systems and systems.The essential requirements of the job include :B.S. in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering, Statistics, or physical science.3-5 years of experience in hardware design, Verification Engineering, Reliability Engineering, Quality Engineering, or Test Engineering with Product Development background.Experience with data analysis, statistical graphics, and inferential techniques.Experience creating verification plans, protocols, and reports.Experience with defect tracking and configuration management tools.Experience balancing multiple projects and priorities independentlyAvailability to travel up to 10%, local or internationally.A dditional preferred experience:Experience with electro-mechanical devices utilizing firmware, optics, and chemistry.Experience with Minitab, R Studio, or DiscoverSimExperience with DOEs, GR&Rs, and CpK analysis.Knowledge of mechanical, electrical, firmware or software testing systems and tools.Experienced with risk analysis tools, FMEAs, Design for Six Sigma Score Card.Experience in medical device or aerospace industry.For Colorado roles only : We anticipate this requisition will be open for a minimum of five days, though it may be open for a longer period of time .
