Responsibilities
- 1.HR Operations & Administration
- Support the full spectrum of HR functions including recruitment, onboarding, training & development, performance management, and employee welfare.
- Coordinate interview scheduling and liaise with candidates and hiring managers to ensure smooth hiring processes.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records (e.g. personal files, attendance, leave, medical claims).
- Assist in drafting and maintaining HR policies, SOPs, and documentation.

- Liaise with government authorities and statutory bodies, and support HR reporting.

- Ensure smooth day-to-day office operations, including maintenance and vendor coordination.
- Manage office supplies, pantry, and stationery to ensure adequate stock levels.
- Coordinate travel arrangements (flights, accommodation) for employees and management.
- Assist with IT coordination (e.g. liaising with vendors for basic troubleshooting).
- Support company events, lunches, and employee welfare activities.
- Perform ad hoc HR and administrative duties as assigned.
Requirements
- Diploma/Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- 1-2 years of relevant experience preferred (fresh graduates are welcome).
- Strong organisational and communication skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Able to multitask, prioritize, and work in a fast-paced environment.
