Responsibilities

  • 1.HR Operations & Administration
  • Support the full spectrum of HR functions including recruitment, onboarding, training & development, performance management, and employee welfare.
  • Coordinate interview scheduling and liaise with candidates and hiring managers to ensure smooth hiring processes.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records (e.g. personal files, attendance, leave, medical claims).
  • Assist in drafting and maintaining HR policies, SOPs, and documentation.
  • Support employee engagement initiatives such as surveys and feedback collection.
  • Assist in handling employee queries, workplace issues, and basic disciplinary matters where required.
  • Liaise with government authorities and statutory bodies, and support HR reporting.
  • Coordinate training programs including vendor liaison, logistics, and tracking participation.
  • Office Administration
  • Ensure smooth day-to-day office operations, including maintenance and vendor coordination.
  • Manage office supplies, pantry, and stationery to ensure adequate stock levels.
  • Coordinate travel arrangements (flights, accommodation) for employees and management.
  • Assist with IT coordination (e.g. liaising with vendors for basic troubleshooting).
  • Support company events, lunches, and employee welfare activities.
  • Perform ad hoc HR and administrative duties as assigned.

Requirements

  • Diploma/Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 1-2 years of relevant experience preferred (fresh graduates are welcome).
  • Strong organisational and communication skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Able to multitask, prioritize, and work in a fast-paced environment.
